- Cottonwood Hardware - 3/8" Air Spacer 72 - Inch, 12 - Pack | Designed specifically for use with “hand shot” hot melt butyl applicators and features a single seal design with large shoulder cavities for greater butyl to glass contact.
- This a professional product for building insulated glass units using a desiccant fill and a hot-melt butyl sealant. Please see the chart in the images to help determine the correct air spacer size for the glass thickness and desired unit thickness.
- Standard inset depth allows for ample desiccant fill volume no matter the size desiccant used. We recommend a 15/16” deduction from glass size when using our standard corner.
- Our air spacer is anodized and laser welded for industry standard performance and appearance.
- Not all air space has the exact same profile so we recommend purchasing our corners for the best performance and ease of use.
