Use for lifting-approved grade 80 chain. To assemble: bring the two coupling link body halves together, position the tube in the center of the hammerlock, and insert the load pin through the hammerlock to drive it until it's flushed with the surface. To dissemble: grab an item like a screwdriver that you can use to drive the load pin out, and use a hammer to drive it out of the links.
